Every task below is tagged to a window in the New England growing season — not a fixed calendar date — so the list should feel relevant whether spring runs early or late.

Season windows
The tool reads today's actual date, maps it to one of eight season windows (dormant, late winter, early/late spring, early/peak/late summer, fall), and only shows tasks tagged to that window — so the list automatically changes as the calendar moves, including which pests are actively a threat right now.

Your crops
Tasks only show up for the categories you selected — no noise about lawn care if you didn't ask.

Your region
Northern New England tasks shift about two weeks later than Southern New England.
