Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup cream

Directions

  1. Roast squash until tender.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic.
  3. Add broth and squash.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Stir in cream before serving.
